Founded with a focus on strategic transactions, principal investing, and the industries underpinning long-term economic growth.

“We built the firm to work on the opportunities that matter most; the businesses, infrastructure, and resources shaping what comes next.”

Working across markets, sectors, and counterparties to identify and execute differentiated strategic opportunities.

Our Story

Dovesons was founded around a simple conviction: the most important opportunities often sit between traditional categories.

They are too strategic for a conventional intermediary, too complex for a passive investor, and too consequential for a standardized process.

We built the firm to operate differently.

Our work spans strategic advisory, mergers and acquisitions, corporate development, principal investing, and cross-border opportunities across critical infrastructure and strategic industries.

From AI and data centres to energy infrastructure, critical minerals, advanced materials, and strategic supply chains, we focus on sectors where capital, technology, and national importance increasingly converge.

We approach every opportunity with the mindset of an owner: understand the fundamentals, identify the real source of value, move with conviction, and remain disciplined enough to walk away when the opportunity is not right.

Our ambition is not to be the largest firm.

It is to be the most trusted partner in the situations that matter.

Our Values

Integrity

We operate with discretion, transparency, and respect for the long-term interests of our partners.

Excellence

We hold ourselves to a high standard in analysis, execution, communication, and judgment.

High Standards

Committed to normalizing growth and prosperity, Dovesons ensures businesses of the right sizes have someone(s) they trust in their corner, at their service.

Collaboration

We believe in the power of partnerships, working closely with clients and partners to deliver outsized returns.

Long-Term Thinking

We prioritize enduring value over short-term activity and approach decisions from the perspective of an owner.
